Highs today will be in the low 30s. Some areas may not even hit the freezing mark of 32 degrees, where a decent snow pack is still present. There is still a very cold arctic air mass in place and it continues to filter into the southeast. There will be a few high clouds today, otherwise skies will be mostly sunny. It may be cold but, at least the sunshine has returned.
